- Grease the containers with oil,and pour in the batter into each container,cover them with lid or nylon and alllow them to rise for 1hr

- After it risen,steam them for 15-20min,i steam them by placing them on top my yam(i was cooking😂)

- Here are wat we need for the sauce,in a pan add 3 tbspn oil,when the oil is hot add in the chicken breast and saute till chicken looked cooked,then add sausage stir fry for 2 mins then
- Add in onion and saute till onion is soft then
- Add in blended pepper mix,stir fry for 3-4 mins then add the spices
- The carrots,stir it in, then add seasoning by continuing stiring
- Then add 1/2 cup water,cover and lower the heat untill it almost dried up,then add soy sauce stir
- Then add green pepper cover with lid for 2mins and take it down heat,ready to serve. Enjoy
